Super B Extra

Super B Extra is a Food State multivitamin and mineral formula with a focus on B-complex vitamins, particularly B1, B2, B6 and B12 and trace minerals. It can be taken on its own or at a lower dose alongside other multivitamin and minerals to boost levels of B vitamins. Nutrients are combined in a food base of inactive Lactobacillus bulgaricus, a native and friendly bacterial inhabitant of the gastrointestinal tract.

2 tablets will provide on average, Beta Carotene 6.6mg, Thiamin (B1) 3mg, Riboflavin (B2) 3mg, Niacinamide (B3) 10mg, Vitamin B6 as P5P 10mg, Folic Acid 100µg, Vitamin B12 10µg, Biotin 100µg, Pantothenic Acid 10mg, Magnesium 30mg, Iron 2mg, Zinc 2mg, Iodine 200µg, Manganese 1mg, Selenium 50µg, Molybdenum 100µg, Chromium 20µg, Inositol 10mg, Choline 10mg, PABA 10mg, Bioflavonoids 2mg.

Ingredients

Inactive Lactobacillus bulgaricus combined with magnesium citrate, niacin, pantothenic acid, vitamin B6, para-amino-benzoic acid, inositol, riboflavin, thiamin, ferrous fumerate, zinc citrate, manganese chloride, potassium iodide, chromium III chloride and B12, vegetable stearic acid; choline, biotin combined in corn meal concentrate, beta carotene combined in carrot concentrate; citrus bioflavonoids; folic acid combined in alfalfa concentrate and mineral enhanced yeast providing selenium, tablet coating (Vegetable Cellulose).

How to Use

2-4 tablets daily, or a lower dose if combined with another multi, such as Cyto Gold, or take as directed by a practitioner.
